My one complaint is the inconsistency, it can be hit or miss with the rooms sometimes they are renovated nicely, others are quite old, some are cleaner or seem cleaner than others. “There’s a funky smell, it’s very dated, the AC keeps running even though it’s turned off, it also keeps making loud noises throughout the night, I can barely sleep. Otherwise it was a pretty good stay. I like the location and that it has two bathrooms.”

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered.
