위치가 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하구요! 호텔과 연결된 쇼핑몰에 세포라,빅시, 카페등 여러 매장이 있었어요. 헐리우드호텔이랑 진짜 바로 옆입니다. 그래서 저녁늦게도 유동인구도 많고 맥도날드 인앤아웃등 가까이에 있어요

헐리우드에 있어 위치는 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 룸 컨디션은 최악입니다. 욕실에는 다른 사람들의 털?이 바닥에 널려있고 심지어 소변자국마저 변기에 남아있었습니다. 정말 심각한 청결수준이었습니다. 카펫에 흘렸던 과자가 다음날에도 남아있는 것을 보아 바닥 베큠클리닝은 하지 않는 것으로 보입니다. 다시 방문할 의사 제로입니다

주차는 유료예요. 방이랑 샤워 시설은 개인적으로 별로였어요. 치역 칫솔 슬리퍼,커피보트는 없어요.좋은점은 직원들이 친절하고 위치가 좋아요.와이파이도 무료예요. 그리고 룸번호 말하면 호텔안 스타벅스를 아침에 20불까지 이용가능해요.

Awesome hotel. If you’re going to Hollywood and universal. You can’t beat it. Very nice staff. Walk across the street to walk of fame and universal studios is a 5 min drive. Ask for a floor above 8. Views are incredible city side

If you’re going to Hollywood this hotel is in the perfect location. The overall hotel is nice and the staff we very friendly. The rooms, however, are quite tired. My bathroom, while clean, was very worn out. The wood paneling was totally warped and the cabinets around the sink were worn and gross looking. I’d stay here again, but it would be so much better with a refresh.

Had a great stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating, and the room was large and spacious. The location was great, close to the Walk of Fame and a 15 minute walk to Runyon Canyon.

Great location as we were going to event at Hollywood Bowl - walking distance and wanted to visit some museums and Griffith Observatory and do some hiking in area. Attached to a mall with many eating options. walking distance to an In & Out Burger. Subway station next to hotel with good bus connections. Pool was heated and clean.

Love the location close to Hollywood Blvd and short walk to Sunset Blvd. The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the Hollywood Hills. We will definitely be back next time in LA area.

This is a GORGEOUS hotel with a great bar and a welcoming lobby. My room had a spectacular view of the Hollywood sign and was incredibly clean and well appointed. The real star of this hotel is the staff though. They are so kind and so helpful. I was traveling from the east coast and my flights were delayed multiple times then ultimately canceled, resulting in me needing to stay overnight in Utah. Every time I called the hotel to report a delay, they were understanding and assured me that I’d still have a room. When I finally did arrive, my room was ready for me and I’d been pre-checked in. I do not have enough words to express my appreciation for the staff and how kind and helpful they were. I highly recommend staying here next time you’re in LA.

In the heart of Hollywood and Walk of the Stars, yet views of Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Hill and over LA. The hotel is safe, staff are nice and approachable. I took my kids and they loved the free snack they provided. They now want me to take them again. Probably one of the nicest hotels in this area.

観光地にも近くて立地は最高なのではないでしょうか？サンタモニカやビバリーヒルズへもウーバーやバス停が近くにあり、便利でした。お部屋からハリウッドサインも見えて、近くのレストランも沢山あります。比較的安全な雰囲気でした。

Wonderful stay! Property is within walkable distance from lots of shopping options, restaurants, museums, tours, and attractions like hollywood star walk! View of hollywood sign. Front lobby staff are vigilant and have the upmost concern for guest safety, always someone monitoring the front doors and drop off/pick up locations in front circle. Always felt safe here. The fitness centre was modern and surprisingly spacious for a hotel gym with free weights area.
