"Great location for town centre. Good sized room and had everything you needed. Most of the staff friendly (especially the 2 ladies). Breakfast good value for money. Car park next door you have to pay for but it was reasonable."

When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. The maintenance of the place is shocking and...

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was much larger than expected and the bathroom was clean and modern. Dinner and breakfast were great and all in lovely surroundings. We will definitely stay again and can highly recommend."
