In the ghetto under the airport flight path. Very dated hotel. No hot water 3 days in a row. Jeff at the front desk is very rude and does not care. Do not stay here. Check your bill at check out. I had to same rooms same dates and booked the same time and they tried to charge me 2 different rates. Shady. Do not recommend.

It was extremely close to the expo center. We opened our refrigerator when we got there and there was a old soda in there their tv guide was incorrect and they didnt have anything hot for breakfast except sausage and biscuts and gravy.

Staff were excellent however for the price we paid it was not at the level of the price, price qouging was evident we paid over 500 per night including tax and the rate the day after the Derby was. 69.99 this is outrages

Front desk staff were good. One middle aged white woman was exceptional. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms too though a little shabby. All things considered, vey good for the price.
