"Amazing stay Hôtel was nicely situated to the town and the sanctuary just a short walk as my wife use a disabled scooter access was very easy with a wheelchair lift just inside the entrance and the staff were always very quick to operate it for us and always with a smile nothing was to much trouble
Manon on reception and her staff were amazing so attentive to all our needs and a credit to the hotel the buffet continental breakfast was well stocked and a very good selection
A great base to see all the sights will definitely be booking for next year as a lovely location by the river for river view and a view of the Pyrenees book a room with a balcony which we did not and regretted not doing so
Highly recommend this hotel
And a big thank you again to all the staff for making our stay memorable "
"Room was basic but clean. Staff were helpful. although the checking in time was 3 pm as our room was ready well before 3 pm we were allowed to check in early.
The hotel provides breakfast only. No other meal is provided.
Will go back again."
"Very nice room in a central location.
We had to check out of the hotel one day early due to a cancellation of rail service.
The hotel refused to issue a refund for the early departure even though Expedia (Travelocity) agreed to credit the hotel.
We paid for a night we did not use at the hotel and the hotel got a credit from the booking agency due to our early departure.
This leaves a sour taste for Hotel Padoue, Lourdes."
"What hot tub? Would be nice to get over view of amenities at check in. We couldve used a hot tub. Room was clean and had a small kitchenette which was nice. Bring ground coffee so you can make your own. Sheer curtains were unsettling the first night til we found out the next day there are hurricane shutters you can lower. No a/c so it gets hot. But for the money these things can be OK. Just be aware going in. Staff was kind and friendly."
"breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery."
"This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable.
What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk.
The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive and the food is very good. I ate dinner there twice. I was content with the food.
There are many shops including the one at the hotel, which offers a ten percent discount and a free candle for the candlelight procession at 9 pm."
