โThis property was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was outstanding by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and Iโm already planning to go back in a couple of weeksโ
โWe stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. โ
โEverything was super smooth. Check-in (free upgrade), bell staff (Juan was great!), rooms were living and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. We had 3 balconies and the views were amazing! The food doesnโt have options but itโs really good food. We stayed at other resorts before and it was trash. Def worth the upgrade! Will def stay here again in couple months when I return ๐ฅโ
โGreat location. Actual property is quite small but in very good condition. Nearby tienditas make for easy shopping and you are a about 20 minute walk from the public playa. โ
โWir waren 2 Wochen dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und nett. Handtรผcher gibts am Pool. Der Pool wurde tรคglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefรผhlt und wรผrden immer wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!โ
โThis property is a hidden gem with a wonderful and accommodating staff. Our rooms were very comfortable and the outdoor areas were so quiet. The ocean view from the pool has been partially blocked by a condo but you can see it from other areas. We will stay here again. โ
โBeautiful views. Great customer service. Was treated very well and they were great with my food allergies. The Ridge is more exclusive than the regular Playa Grande. But you have full access to Playa Grande if you want. Plenty of pools, restaurants and walking distance to the Marina.โ
โFirst time in Cabo & we were there during an earthquake & cyclone so we did not get to experience all we had planned. With that being said though, the staff was amazing & did well with the circumstances. I wish I could name them all, but Fernando at the restaurants stood out as well as Christina at the concierge. โ
