“Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We thought they were wonderful. Our only complaint was an unfortunate incident with another staff member. A middle-aged woman in a green shirt, wearing earbuds/headphones, was riding a motorized mobility scooter through the hallway and ran over my daughter’s foot. We believe she may have been moving the scooter from one location to another, as we saw her walking normally later that evening. She simply said “oops”...

“시설을 깨끗하고 잘 유지되고 있어요. 그러나 일부 시설은 낡았고 물 수압은 약하고 스텝들은 친절하나 별로 도움이 되지는 않아요. 천장이 낮아 방에 머무는게 다소 답답하고 수영장은 좁고 그 주변 시설이 쾌적하지 않아요. 무엇보다 아침 점심을 아무것도 호텔에서 먹을 수 없으므로 줄서서 아침부터 나가야해요. 이게 싫은 사람은 정말 싫을 듯 해요. 2박에 3백 사십 가까이 줬는데 도대체 이렇게 왜 비싸야 하는지 모르겠어요. 저녁 메이드서비스도 없고 .. 포터도 없고 .. 그냥 부틱 호텔 같은 서비스일뿐 실망입니다. ”
