"Property was not well taken care of. Elevator closest to lobby was out of order. Containers for fire extinguishers were laying on the ground and no fire extinguishers were nearest to my room. Furnishings in room were dusty like they haven’t been dusted in a very long time. Shower was dangerous as there was no door on the shower and water was able to splash on the floor resulting in a possible slippery condition. Breakfast was subpar."

"The walls are thin so you can hear you neighbors. I requested to change towels and take our garbage and no one ever done that. They have a virtual front desk. To get things like a simple band aid or extra water bottle - you have to drive to the store. They don’t event have a vending machine to get a drink or chips. Coffee you can see through. The breakfast consists of mainly sweet items to make your diabetic Stunning views and nice hotel design, terrible service. I was there on business trip and would never stay there again."

"Sheets were dirty, Tub was dirty, there was a roach on the floor and wall. And of all things, a bee was able to fly around the room. I’m on the top floor as well. The AC was perfect but that seemed to be the only good part about the room. On top of this, there are no receptionist up front but only a virtual person in the front lobby. When there’s a lot of people trying to check in and the line starts to go out of the door, just for the person on the screen to be disrespectful and impatient with the customers, that makes people not even wanna stay there anymore. Only reason they got my money is because they were the cheapest by only a few bucks. I’d expect a little bit of effort at least. I’m not even sure if they had room service because no one came to the rooms."
