"Most of a night without hot water, yet the hotel doesnt use it's texting system to relate repair progress. They just let people call and visit the poor front desk person. Not a good use of hotel accessories nor personnel. I hope they treated the repair crew well--not many would stay in a cold water hotel.
The threadbare gym towels show less use than poor laundering. Strike 2 for management practices.
Not having hot water for tea, along side the coffee service area didn't bother me, a confirmed coffee drinker. But I lost trace of the hapless tea seekers, some of whom would have settled for just hot water. As it turned out, the joke was on me, the hotel coffee was cold.
But I found a quality hotel restaurant here, a quiet room and a secure place to park. That was enough to simply wish the manager a refresher course in business management."
"Room was comfortable and clean. We were by pool and heard no excessive noise. Shower was hot, included shampoo and soaps. Nice size refrigerator in room and microwave.
Breakfast was simple and hot like any other hotel."
"My biggest compliment for this hotel is there total commitment to accept pets. I stayed their twice with my two dogs, and they only charged me $25 for both pets. The property is set up to accommodate dogs with dog waste stations set up around the property. There is a dedicated pet area on the north side of the building which is large, though it is not fenced. They had Milk Bones in baskets by the door to give your dogs a treat. As I type this, they do state in their policy that they accept pets up to 75 lbs., but most hotels I have checked only accept dogs up to 25 lbs.
My only contact with the staff was when I checked in, but they were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. For the most part, they were also quite, but I am sure that like all hotels, if you have a loud guest staying in an adjoining room, it could get loud. I left before they served breakfast so I can not comment on that. My only complaint is that the remote controls for both TV's of my stays did not work with the TV. The on/off button worked, but that was it.
Overall, my dogs and I had a great stay and if I travel that direction again with my dogs, I will stay there again."
"The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean.Everything worked. The jetted tub was cute and not so big that it took hours to fill up. We'll definitely recommend and stay again"
"Free continental breakfast was advertised but not available. Pool and hot tub were also closed. No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in and there was a phone number taped to the window but I called several times and no one answered. Finally was able to get them to answer the call phone and come check us in."
