“Check in was process started late. I communicated with them week before but they sent info 2 days before. We managed to get into the apartment, which was dirty, we checked in about 7 hours after the checkout time so there was enough time for housekeeping but we arrived to beds unmade, dirty dishes, dirty floor. With two tired children I had to change bedding myself! Which was stained! Then middle of the night, my kids bed broke! I had to wait until the next afternoon for housekeeping and...

“Was a good price in a good location. We had to wait a hour and 25 minutes as our unit was locked and no one on site to let us in. We were to check in at 430 pm and got checked in at almost 6 pm. We called for an extended check out and did not get a response back.”
