The staff were incredibly kind to us. the minibar was decent, and the room cleaning service was excellent.
my flight was delayed, so I arrived in Manila late, but thanks to them checking my flight schedule, I made it to the hotel comfortably. Although the flowers I had requested on the bed prior to my booking weren't there, the room was upgraded, and I was able to relax comfortably for a week (of course, I paid an extra fee).

“I was very happy with my stay. It's in the center of the city, so there's not much of a view, but it was friendly, clean, and safe. The room was very nice, and the buffet breakfast was good. They kept my bags for me when I checked out, which was very nice, and when I left, they brought my car to the front door with Grab. I would stay at Novotel again anywhere in the world. ”
