"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"‘This is not a hotel’ is the first thing the hostess told us when she first called. The villa indeed is their own home and this is made very clear during our stay. The hostess treated our kids as a strict schoolteacher and to top it all off at the end of the evening also yelled upstairs that we were playing with the heating, which we were not. In the Summer this place might be nicer with the outside pool but in the winter this would not be suitable for a family vacation. Price and quality do...

"Overall good place to stay for two nights visit to Lyon. On top of the city with easy access to the old town and nearby attractions. Very convenient two bedroom suite layout nicely furnished for the family of four. The shower is a bit awkward but that is just a comment. A/C was not working well enough so it was rather warm At night and in tbd morning i figured it out as air filter was completely clogged. That is something hotel should pay attention to. Good restaurant with professional and pleasant waiters. The breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced even though we Hen we were checking in we were said that breakfast is included but it came out later that it was not. Indeed it was not shown in the free perks of VIP access for expedia customers but it was strange to be said that it is free and then that it is not. Pool, and spa area: We were with two kids and couples in the pool kind of shocked our kids from going into the pool as they were acting too expressively what is probably normal for French, I do not know but it made us very uncomfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to Vieux Lyon. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. We had our dig with us and felt welcome with a comfortable dog bed and bowls provided. There is a nice riverside walk nearby to stretch his legs. We thought that the hotel was very good value for money give the amenities (lovely pool and spa area) and the quality of the service. We hope to return in the future."

Bikube Coliving Hôtel - Lyon Centre Lumière

"We (2 adults) came for 4 nights to explore Lyon our our way to Voiron. Bikube is an adorable hotel with many accommodations for food or just lounging around. Our room was queen with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for our needs as we spent most of our time wandering Lyon. This hotel is not in the city center but across from a metro stop and a 5 minute walk to a tram which goes straight to the main train station. Tons of cafes and restaurants around. There’s an intermarche barely 500m down the street. The room was super quiet at night. The AC worked well. The window has an auto blind that keeps all the light and sound out. I really couldn’t ask for more. Thanks!"
