โThis property was beyond expectation. As long as you are comfortable using the app, check in was super easy and so was getting into our suite. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed, and having a living space was a great lift from a normal hotel room.โ
โVery nice hotel in downtown Portland. Older but elegant with easy access to downtown eateries and harbor. Room was very nice. Old style using regular keys instead of cards. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast in the restaurant. Definitely would stay again.โ
โEverything excellent. One minor complaint would be that the beautiful and very well appointed room had a tiny bathroom with a shower than opened on to the toilet. A design fault. โ

โThe decor and private garden were nice, as was the self-service pantry on the 2nd floor. The destination fee was a little annoying on top of the proxy room rate, as the credit for the bar was not useful for one member of our party who does not drink. Very convenient to Old Port.โ
โDid NOT appreciate paying $40. For parking as the hotel was quite expensive. Everything else was exceptional esp. front desk and valet staff! Would recommend to others๐๐โ
โLovely hotel. Staff very friendly and kind. Amazing breakfast. Didnโt realise no lift and on top floor of 4. When I pointed this out though, staff said I should have asked and they would have moved me if they could. โ
