Stay at the property was a great experience for me and my family. The Palace was truly royal and very close to the Hong Kong ferry terminal which was very helpful. Also good connectivity with rest of the city through public transport.

A very pretty hotel to stay at especially if you do not want to be around loud noises and crowds! This property is not in Taipa, where it can get so crowded and noisy - which is why we chose to stay here. I love how it’s on the fisherman’s wharf area where you have options of food but still not too busy. One down side is there are no shuttles that go to the hotel but you can go to SANDS hotel to take their shuttle, which is a 10 min walk. Otherwise, the room is huge, pretty, and clean! We even got an ocean view and it’s very pretty at night!

Hotel upgraded our room, perhaps as a birthday surprise. The food at the Chinese restaurant is very good. Staff are polite and nice. Rooms are clean.

Great room, spacious and well-equipped. Some staff were excellent, especially the housekeeping lady. Good location, walking distance from the Hong Kong ferry Food options definitely need to improve. We are vegetarian - there were literally no in-room dining (though we managed to get a vegetarian club sandwich aftet several calls and discussions with the staff) and even the buffet breakfast has very few options - just fruit which ran out quickly, toast - no jam and dry, sub-standard croissants .

I like this hotel a lot with some good reasons, firstly, this hotel is situated next to the ferry terminal which is very convenient, secondly it has a sea view which is amazing, but most importantly customer services provided in this hotel is the best in Macao, particularly the desk duty manager Tom Jordan, I was carrying loads of luggage and he helped me to carry this loads of heavy stuff to the terminal, you could never find any hotel better than this one

Great hotel in not so great location
The hotel whilst looking a bit dated on the outside is in good condition are the rooms are excellent and very spacious.The rooms are the best feature of this hotel and if you are a smoker you are just going to ballistic over the balconies.The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet is very good and very cheap about $18. Unfortunately if your here to gamble the casino itself is small and dark and a little bit disappointing.The surrounding casinos are also very similar and the whole area seems bit rundown and has a bigger mix of locals and tourists than the other casinos. The best casino in nearby proximity is the Sands which is as good as any casinos in Macauand from which you can catch free shuttles to the main strip over the bridge, the Oceanus is the best of the small casinos nearby. Overall the hotel facilities and staff were excellent but the location is just a bit to far awayfromyhe action on the main strip and from even the old macau casinos .
