Room was clean, we had an issue with the a/c making a loud buzzing sound and the front desk staff was super helpful and immediately moved us to a new room. The pool was closed, however it was not listed as an amenity when making the reservation so we hadn’t expected it anyway but my kids were super disappointed after seeing it.
