“This is really a great place to stay, overlooking the ocean, sunrise in the morning and very relaxing. On top of that, the unit is very clean and updated, all our needs and expectations are met. “The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! ”

“정말 숙박을 하기에는 괜찮은 곳. 하지만 처음 오시는 분이라면 비추천. 세부 시티와 많이 멀리 떨어져있고, 교통이 그랩을 제외하면 로컬 교통수단을 이용해야하기 때문에 힘듬. 라푸라푸 시티 사람들은 새경빌리지를 알지만, 세부 시티에서 넘어올 때 모를 수도 있음. 그런 부분이 아쉬움. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 나와서 곤욕을 치뤘음. 또한 하우스키핑을 할 때에는 금액 추가가 있음.”

“물이 막혀 한쪽 화장실은 못썻어요 로비만 깨끗해여.방에서 화장실 냄새 하수구 냄새가 스멀 스멀 올라와여.십만원대 미만이면 가성비대 조으나 전 이십이 넘는돈을 주고 숙박하기엔 가족끼리 라면 호텔 추천합니다.주변 스타벅스 편의점 슈퍼마켓 까지 조아염...아그리고 체크인카운터 때문에 헤멨는데 꼭 확인하셔야 고생하지 않아염...”

“Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. ”

“The pool was very nice. We did try the beach. Unless you only want to see the beach, don’t bother with the beach. We tried both public and private beaches nearby. There were a lot of people drinking and doing karaoke. Not good for kids or trying to relax in a quiet setting.”

“The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce.”
