"New property (4 yr), very clean, on a nice beach. Corals and Little Rock's so you need water shoes (they provide flip flops for free to all guests and a nice beach bag per person). Affordable water activities ( by American standards), decent restaurants. It's not your typical western 5 start resort (no room service and no coffee place), but once you get used to it it's nice and very relaxing. Very well mentioned property, extremely helpful staff. Very little English spoken but we managed to get by every day:) everyone super helpful. It's not a swimming beach, as the water is very shallow, if you're looking for that try Takashiko island or others. This is to relax, great for families with little children (lazy rover, many pools for kiddos). We stayed 9 days and they took good care of us. Would hope to come back one day. Note - it's not walking distance to things, you need uber or taxi (was around 25$ to town). Water colors were exquisite and stunning sunsets. Loved the laundry facilities all over the hotel, super useful. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. Breakfast was delicious with western and Asian dishes."
"was able to use one room with my adult family of four. the rooms were a little humid but overall great location and room. the buffet had great selections and was fresh. Unlimited open bar was really nice as well. would visit again."
"AMAZING! I would definitely stay here again for the location and the room. It was just close enough to the city by car and great location to watch planes fly by. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The parking lot next to the hotel had lots of friendly cats.
Parking was included and the amenities in the room were nice."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."
"The property is located in a good spot for using public transportation and walking to areas in Southern Okinawa if traveling with a car parking is extremely limited and offsite parking is within a 5 minute walk for a price. The airport shuttle is only available in limited hours reducing it's helpfullness. The check in and out is automated to speed the process. The rooms are typical of Japanese hotels limited space, great comfort. I would stay here again."
"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the pictures don’t exactly represent the hotel accurately. They are definitely stretched and photoshopped making it appear far more attractive than reality.
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The Spa was wonderful, we had a great massage and facial. The in room massage was amazing as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a great little bakery inside that opens at 10 am. The main shopping area was about 20 minutes away.
Cons: There is no coffee in the lobby area, you must buy it at the convenience store inside the hotel. The hotel gym is small, it has cardio equipment and one cable machine but there is a gym called Sports Palace less than 10 minutes away that has everything. The buffet for lunch and dinner is the same food however you can other restaurants a short walk away. The carpet needs to be replaced. The connecting walkway has tape holding it together and the carpet where people wait to check in is filthy with many stains. The hotel in general could use an update. The beach access was about 15 minutes away and the view from our balcony was of the shipping dock.
Although we had an enjoyable stay there, we would not stay again."
"This hotel was perfect for our needs since we didn’t have a car. A quick Uber ride from the airport. A short walk to the beach. Very nice pool area. The mall next door is great, we got some yummy food from the food court but also from the grocery store. There’s a great donut shop in there. Our only negative for this hotel was the lack of help regarding the “complimentary shuttle” to the airport for our departure. It was impossible to get it. We were unable to understand the problem. They seemed to be saying the shuttle was full, but there were only 4 people booked for it. We tried for pretty much any time of morning but to no avail. Don’t offer a complimentary shuttle if you can’t deliver."
