“Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great! “Well maintained, clean comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. Great and lively restaurant at the hotel. They even had a live band playing in a quaint outdoor amphitheater where guests could partake in the music from the grassy courtyard and the pool and hot tub.”

“I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. Nobody at office so, I called the number for the hotel, the employees who answered the phone call was upset because of the time, she hanged up. I couldn’t sleep well.”

“가격대비 별로입니다. 체크인 counter 에 사람이 없었고 열쇠만 남겨져 있었습니다. 시설이 오래 되고 좋지 못해서 가격에 비해서는 별로 였네요. 가장 큰문제는 침대 시트 교환을 안했는지, 머리카락도 있고, 이상한 털도 있었고 너무 불결해서 잠을 편하게 잘수 없었습니다. 체크인시 사람도 없어서, 마음을 비웠습니다. 다만, 아침 식사는 빵, 커피등 냉장고 셀프 서비스라 나쁘지 않았습니다. ”
