"Great location. Very convenient for people travelling from JFK airport. Twenty minute train ride on the LIRR from Jamaica station and then a ten minute walk from Grand Central. Staff were all polite and helpful. One minor issue with TV remote control on first day which was rectified quickly."

"Good hotel right in the middle of the city, a few blocks from the Times Square. Front desk staff was very helpful. Our room happened to be ready at the time of arrival- it was clean and well maintained. On the day of our departure, they stored our luggage for free for the whole day. There was also free breakfast included, but be aware that it gets super busy at the breakfast, especially the last hour before it ends. All was great. I'd stay there again."

"Fabulous stay! We landed early and flew out late, and were able to store our luggage at no extra cost. We forgot a toothbrush and front desk had some delivered right to our door! Worth every penny."
