"Best room in Pigeon Forge, TN! It was laid out really well, roomy, comfortable bed, nice balcony over looking pool! The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices, but the food was not hot, even coming early to breakfast. Maybe cook more of smaller batches. Staff was wonderful!"

"Breakfast was not very good at all. Made me sick after eating. There was no parking for all the rooms they had. I couldn't communicate with the staff. And the room was dirty and several lights dosnt work."

"Only complaint is you can hear everytime someone takes a shower it’s really loud thru the wall and that soap dispenser sounds like somebody’s banging on the wall when they’re trying to get soap. "

"It was an ok hotel. The room was outdated but very clean. Our room was right by the pool, and it was very noisy every evening. The breakfast is the same hot food every day. But the staff was outstanding. Be aware that the pool images make it look larger than it is. A little disappointing. "

"The breakfast buffet is really cool. I've never been anywhere that did their breakfast that way and I really enjoyed it, my whole family did. It's kind of like a restaurant, when you check in you are given a breakfast card for as many people that you have in your room, for as long as your staying and you show the host your card and you pick a seat anywhere you want and you go to the buffet and get your food. It's a really cool atmosphere and they also have a bar there in that area but it was closed down before the season while we were there. The room was really nice we were on the inside above the front desk but there was easy access to the pool and anything that we needed. The pool area is very nice and can be opened up during warm days but during the winter they close it and it's an indoor pool and hot tub so it's really nice. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely go back for a longer stay. It's off of the main parkway so you don't have to deal with all the traffic noise and people walking up and down the street in front of your room."
