"What an exciting concept and unique style for a hotel. They took an old, run down hotel that probably dated back to the 60's and turned it into a fun, no big frills hotel. Great location, nice pool and hot tub and on site restaurant. We loved the room and parking was easy. The restaurant which has an amazing menu unfortunately had a gas leak so we weren't able to try it (next time because the menu looked fabulous). You really can't go wrong at the Wayback if you understand it is just an old hotel that has had a face lift and offers a great location and fun vibe."

"This Drury Inn was absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and the cleanliness of the place was exceptional. Breakfast was always fresh and good and the Kickback at 5 was just great. I would recommend Drury Inn in Pigeon Forge the greatest experience. Celeste gave us a note upon checking out thanking us for choosing Drury Inn to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Top Notch*****"

"Check in was a joke. The front desk girl was interrupted as she was checking is on by 2 motel workers that wanted to gossip about other employees of motel, the front desk girl could not complete our check on due to this interruption. Someone else completed. Rooms were remodeled from our previous visit but furniture in rooms was not placed in convenient spots to maximize space. TV would not work,no information in room on how to operate the TV or TV system."

"The building is old and there were signs of water damage in our suite. There was also a leaking pipe in the hallway that had Mueller clamps on it. The staff were friendly however they did not seem to speak English well. The pools/hot tubs both inside and out were great. The outdoor lazy river was a great to float around in. They also had a 1ft depth pool with a mushroom waterfall/spray for the littles. Breakfast was mediocre/sub par as sausages/eggs seemed like they were microwaved. The gym was lacking with 3 machines and no free weights."

"Traveling for a conference. Hotel was very comfortable, very clean, breakfast staff was amazing and there was ample parking that was well lit. Felt very safe and lots of nearby attractions. Walkable to convention center as well. I travel often for business and this is one of the best hotels stays I have ever had!!"
