“Uns hat es super gefallen. Der Pool Bereich und die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr schön und alles sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es frisches Obst, Joghurt, Marmelade, Nutella und Müsli. Außerdem kann man noch Ei (Spiegel, Rühr oder gekocht) bestellen und auch Avocado oder Oliven gibt es ab und zu. Zudem Kaffee und frisch gepresster O-Saft. Auch glutenfrei hat super geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Alle waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ”

“We stayed in apartment with 3 bed room. But I must say it was one of the worst experience ever. Heaters in the room were all broken and only a small elecric stove was provided instead but not enough to warm up the room at all. The whole apartment is very old and need renovation big time. It is located in the middle of nowhere and hard to reach the key spots. We decided to leave early and the manager did favor to let us leave earlier without penalty and that was the only good thing during the...

“I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed ”
