No AC in the room. Room gets hot during the night (in September). Not comfortable to sleep. No elevator in the building or luggage cart. You have to carry all your stuff to your floor. We opened the window to cool the room down but road noise was significant. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was helpful.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with everything you needed to prep you own meals. Very conveniently located (walking distance) to good restaurants and the market. The king size bed was by far the most comfortable out of the two other hotels we stayed at on the road trip. The steam room and hot tub are also a plus after a long day of outdoor adventures. I will definitely book here again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property in the summer. There is no A/C, which is normally not a problem in Mammoth Lakes. BUT, the rooms have no windows or ventilation, only a sliding door with no screen, and no way to secure the room if you open the door. On top of that, the cleaning staff open the curtains to the sunlight when you are gone, turning your room into a greenhouse oven. So, despite the beautiful weather in Mammoth Lakes, it’s too hot to stay here.

Perfectly located to be off the beaten path but exactly where I wanted to be, right across from the Stove, the Tesla Super Charger, and the LA Kings beautiful new ice rink. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times over the years and it’s not the Waldorf Astoria but it’s perfect for what it is and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer.

The room was very small and very dark with ainadequate reading lamps. There was no closet—just a wall shelf with hooks under it for clothes. The walls and ceiling were thin and I was wakened by very large garbage trucks banging metal containers and backing up, beeping, again and again.

Staff was polite, however not available most of the time. And if you have any issues, like we did, only the manager (who was off for 2-3 days) could help. This did nothing for us. Just cross your fingers that your room functions properly. Our TV & coffee pot did not work.

room was comfortable. staff was the friendliest and most accommodating. Spa was decent. Was not able to use steam room or sauna, but the hot tub was decent. Some parts seem broken, but still works as expected, just a little loud. Place is not too far from the mountain, but also directly across the street from the ice rink.

Friendly staff. The pool room upstairs is a nice touch. It’s close to so many things. Brewery 2 minute walk- massage place right next door and a killer breakfast spot right across the street. Nice views from the rooms too.
