โThe entrance to the property was not clearly marked and the driveway was oddly configured. I felt safe. The desk attendant was friendly. Overall, I feel the whole place needs a makeover.โ
โWest Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool.
Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast.
Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.โ
โService desk help was extraordinary. The only problem we experienced was no hot water on the 2nd morning. Staff was very apolegetic and working hard to correct the problem. They could not have been more helpful.โ
โThere were dirty towels from previous guests on back of bathroom door, carpets need a good scrubbing as well as air conditioner filter, cabinets, lights and corners of all areas. Enjoyed our stay and very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality, Greg and Juanita from Orange, Texas.โ
