The staff was wonderful, didn't even get upset when we located the key in our room at midnight. Very clean, the sheets even smelled fresh. Highly recommend this Motel!

Comfortable, spacious, and clean!

Very spacious, and very clean. Literally looks brand new! Our first time staying in West Plains, so no idea on that, but all three of our rooms were perfect, comfortable, and an amazing breakfast provided.

You get what you pay for "shrug"

Good service, fast check inn. Nice guy at check inn :) Rooms need to be renovated and repaired. Clean bed sheets, dirty towels. You get what you pay for so "shrug"

Ok room for the price

Bathroom could have been cleaner, bed was comfortable. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but you can tell someone smoked in there before. Not a bad deal for a weekend. The owner let us leave a car for the day after we had already checked out but wanted to explore the area before heading home.

It's a budget friendly no frills motel. It has a clean bed and a clean bathroom. It could us a major deep clean and updating. Even though it's nonsmoking the cigarette smell caused me to asthma problems. I will not be staying here again because of that.

I booked this room through Expedia. Got there to check in and the lady was very rude-dogs barking and a card game or something going on. I told her I had a reservation and she commented "Can't you read the sign -NO VACANCY".

Towel rack and toilet paper holders were missing (broken). Could not lock window. Very dirty in corners and TV area. Unable to watch TV due to no remote.
