"Had an amazing 3 day stay at the property. Hotel is beautiful and well kept for an airport hotel. The beds and pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever had on a holiday. It was only a 15 min walk to the lax car rental which for us was cheaper to rent a car on separate occasions each day as only down fall was parking at hotel was quite expensive. We hired the car and put at most $30 a day for fuel so saved ourselves a bit on parking cost and just walked there before and after hire. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"All staff at the hotel were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Especially the front check in staff! We will be staying again next year for Halloween Horror Nights. Thank you so much! Also wanted to know that when the elevator went down due to someone activating the emergency alarm the staff were very patient with questions about what's going on and answered all our questions and promptly remedied the situation."
Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

"Staff IS AMAZING! I enjoyed my stay at Omni from Check In to Check Out. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a Black SUV car service to accommodate within 3 miles free of charge! The Waite staff is phenomenal as well. I never had to open my door to enter or exit. Do yourself a favor and opt in for the Lounge experience which includes daily Hot Breakfast and Happy Hour :) The Restaurant is pleasant enough but definitely needs updating and ambience i.e. Soft Music, Pleasant Staff, Upgraded Meals and Top Tier Bar Tenders... Maybe invest in true Mixologist or Supreme Bar Tenders that take pride in their work. Restaurant food and cocktails were subpar... We would have dined their more often if the restaurant service, staff, food and cocktails were better... But overall my total experience at Omni was FANTASTIC!!!"

"There was a concert in the adjacent parking lot the night I checked in, all things considered I think the staff did a good job of shuttling guests from the auxiliary parking lot that was a mile or so away (while it was pouring down raining). The following morning a fight broke out between some guests waiting in line for the shuttle (obviously hung over from the concert the night before). The Queen Mary staff immediately reacted and after the one guest continued to escalate the fight- the staff evicted and escorted them off the property. It was an adventure, 10/10 would do again."
