"We have stayed here before. The staff is great, the property is conveniently located to downtown Spokane, via a beautiful walk through Riverside park. Plenty of parking. Lots of trails to walk your dog, or take a jog. Lots of restaurants near, a country feeling in the heart of the city. "

"Our room was absolutely spotless. It was beautiful, we had wonderful soft fluffy towels, the walk-in shower was large and instant hot water. The bed was cozy and soft. The blankets were nice and fluffy. The fan was a little loud but once we went to sleep we didn’t hear the noise again all night. My favorite part of this day was the beautiful unique swimming pool and large hot tub. The pool was just cool enough to be refreshing and there were no children! I love kids but I wanted a nice relaxing evening of quiet and that’s what I got. We had chicken Parmesan and a shrimp pasta for dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or meal in the dining room. Our waitress was very friendly and all of the staff around us were happy and smiling and chatty. Even the housekeeping staff as they walked to the halls were giggling and smiling and you could tell everyone enjoyed working there at the casino. We did not gamble, as we were tired already. But I’m sure we would’ve had just as much fun there. We look forward to going back. We parked our car and left it for a week while we flew out for a trip. The hotel does not have a shuttle, but they arrange for a Lyft driver to pick you up at whatever time you want, and drop you off at the terminal of your choice. Then when we returned from our trip we simply called the hotel and they arranged for a driver to come pick us up and return us to the hotel. Our weight was three minutes for our driver. Amazing!"

"Our room was clean, well appointed, staff friendly, breakfast was generous with attentive staff, pool was warm even for Winter use, coffee was a little weak but that is okay and just a matter of preference really. "
