โGkt here at the hotel on friday evening and staff were very helpful. The room was clean and well presented. The only thing is that it could of done with some air conditioning as the room was very hot and the fan didnt do much. But otherwise it was a perfect stayโ
โThe lady at check in was so lovely, it was a really nice welcome, The room was a newly renovated one, it was super comfortable and really clean, the food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect, and we did have to make use of the pool and spa and it was amazing, felt so relaxed afterwardsโ
โThe staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here.โ

โWe Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site
The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...
โThis is a wonderful boutique property in a very safe area. There is a cafe on the corner and is only 5 mins from the main shopping in Chester with so many options for dining and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming and this was the best hotel stay I can remember. โ
โLovely staff, easy check in, fantastic room very comfy and clean and had everything we could have wished for. The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. Havenโt tried the breakfast yet as itโs only 7am but Iโm told itโs wonderful!โ
