Supero mis espectativas, fue una estancia muy padre, ahí todo el personal son muy atentos, amables, serviciales, llamó mucho mi atencion el trato que tienen los empleados entre ellos, son muy fraternales y eso lo trasmiten y hacen que uno se sienta como en familia, fue una experiencia muy bonita, gracias a todos por ese amor con que realizan su trabajo, saludos desde Chihuahua!!!!

I loved the buffet and how clean the hotel room always was! The air conditioning needs to be fixed because the condo I stayed in, only one room had a working AC; The events were limited on a weekday & I was referred back and forth between the events table and the lobby for information. The main pool was really hot day and night; the only pool that was fresh was the waterslide pool.

Totalmente en abandono, el hotel es muy viejo y sin mantenimiento de pintura, muebles, toallas, sábanas, todo está roto y descuidado, muuuy sucio, con telarañas y animales debajo de las camas, los closets llenos de moho, hormigas en las almohadas, el aire acondicionado no sirve, en las regaderas de los baños no sale agua caliente, el restaurante está deprimente, y aun cuando hay uno de especialidades, solo permiten una cena por estancia en el restaurante italiano pero lo peor fue que en la pasta salió una cucaracha, en verdad, es el peor hotel en el que he estado.

We got there and the hotel room they offered us had puddles in the floor dripping water from the ceiling. One of the puddles was over an inch deep. It wasn’t because the rain went through the door, no it was water, literally dripping from the ceiling. The plaster along with black mold was falling from the wall in the ceiling. The lights were flickering, and when the bellboy tried to tighten the lightbulb, it shocked him. An electrical short with puddles. We went along with them and on the third room, they offered us the toilet bowl had no toilet seat. The floor had puddles and the top bedroom light didn’t even turn on. Please do not expose your family to unsafe mold and electrical hazard.

De las peores experiencias desde la llegada hasta la recepción de la habitación (Villa) Sucia, con telarañas por todos lados, no servía el aire acondicionado y estando a más de 30 grados resultaba muy incómodo estar ahí, óxido y moho en el baño, que por cierto no servía la taza para bajar el agua y limpiarse, el lavamanos con óxido lo cual resulta peligroso, hongos en todo el piso, no tenía teléfono para poder comunicarse con la recepción, no cuentan con internet ni llega la señal a la habitación, resultado 0 comunicación en caso de una emergencia, al comentarlo quieren cambiarte a otra habitación, pero no es bueno eso, quiere decir que te tienes que quejar para que te den una habitación funcional? Por qué en realidad todo el hotel presenta un deterioro significativo, nada que ver con las fotos, un engaño total
Óxido en lavamanos, iba con bebé de 2 años me daba miedo que se enferme
Control del aire acondicionado (no servía)

al llegar al lobby nos dijeron que nos cambiarían a otro hotel cerca por que nuestra habitación no servía el aire, nos trasladamos al otro hotel y nos hicieron esperar 2 horas por que no habían echo el pago de la habitación regresando de nuevo al hotel en ese momento nos entregaron una habitación pero las habitaciones deterioradas, toco lluvia y se tuvo filtraciones de agua, el aire acondicionado antiguo y no funcionaba bien, la comida es mala! no tienen snack si pueden buscar haganlo

Durante más de 10 años mi familia y yo solíamos vacacionar en este bello lugar. Al volver con muchos buenos recuerdos, me dio mucha nostalgia ver las condiciones de todo el resort. Una verdadera lastima, el baño de las habitaciones con una fuga y un olor pésimo, las paredes de todos los edificios sin pintar por fuera y con mucho desgaste. Las albercas sin aspirar y con los azulejos despegados en ciertas partes. Las zonas deportivas, la única en buenas condiciones, la de tennis, porque la de básquet y voleibol en pésimas. Sin camastros y sillas suficientes para el área de alberca y por si fuera poco te dan una silla de plástico sucia de las que les regalo squirt. La zona de la playa, todo una experiencia cruzar el puente porque esta bastante deterioraro y llegar a la zona del mar sumamente sucia. La zona de adultos, las personas no respetaban los espacios, tenía cada quien su bocina y por si fuera poco algunos huéspedes ingresaban a la alberca con ropa interior. Cabe destacar que no había salvavidas al pendiente y seguridad en ningún espacio. Lo único que en verdad salva la estancia es la calidad del personal, sigue siendo aquel personal de cuando era maeva, gente amable y con ganas de trabajar, el personal de deportes me hicieron olvidar las pesimas condiciones del resort y logre pasarla sumamente bien, los shows tengo que decir que INCREÍBLE el nivel de los bailarines y una felicitación al coreógrafo, los solos que hicieron en la noche de oldies, IRREALES.
