“If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best”

“Overall, it was an okay stay in a small, traditional konak and offered reasonable value for money. The location and atmosphere were pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and would benefit from being replaced. The room also needs better air ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy at times. With a few small updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay for future travellers.”

“Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷”

“The breakfast was excellent as well as the personnel. The guy in the reception was fantastic. He helped as with guidance and propolsals. He also helped us arranging taxi to the airport. The owner of the hotel was very kind and smililing person. Thanks a lot for your hospitality! Hope to see you again!”

“Nice property for the old town Nice breakfast Kind staff Not recommended for orderly people alot of stairs to be expected”

“Hotel konum olarak eski Mardin de gece gelmemize rağmen oda temizlenmemiş temizlik çok köyü Terasa çıkmak yasakmış otoparkı yok Kahvaltısı güzel.”

“Evet”

“Konum itibari ile bayağı merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyor. Girişlerimiz yapılmadı üstüne otopark için gösterilen yerden ekstra para alındı ara sokağa bırakıldı ekstra para alınacaksa bilgilendirilip daha yakın otoparka giderdik.”

“I unfortunately cannot write a positive review due to the room we stayed in ("Sana"), which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience. While the staff working there were kind and polite, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was extremely humid, and the toilet and shower area were definitely not clean. Neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi worked during our stay, and the door was broken—it wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Additionally, when we arrived at night, it was cold, but we were only...

“The hotel staff, housekeeping, and customer service were all excellent. Everything was very well organised, and the restaurant was great too. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”
