โAmazing, once in a lifetime experience at this place. It is like staying on a private ranch, and you quickly become like family with the other people staying there with the communal style dining. The food is freshly made and there is no experience like this โ
โPros: One of the most comfortable beds/beddings Iโve ever slept on. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, slippers and robes in room is a plus, but expected at this price point. Delicious on-site restaurant with great waitstaff.
Cons: Staff could be significantly warmer and friendlier in the lobby bar. The pool was quite dirty and understaffed, not enough towels, and trash isnโt diligently picked up because it is so understaffed.

โIt is a beautiful HISTORIC property so don't expect all the conveniences of modern buildings. It is well worth the sacrifice of some of those conveniences to enjoy the peace and beauty of the building. The train does come through multiple times day or night, but we found it interesting to watch. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and walking around the area. Such COOL murals all over town! Staff was very friendly and everywhere we walked people seemed friendly as well!โ
