Thank you, Mr. Wong for exceptional customer service and your kindness. You are a major reason I will book at this hotel again. You were an excellent host and very responsive to my many requests. I had the most amazing stay at your hotel. The aircon and fridge are ice cold which is rare on Saipan. The water pressure is strong and has both hot and cold water. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious and it is centralized to everything on island, including a quick 3 minute drive to beautiful Micro Beach. Safety is important to me and the hotel has a front desk and the room doors have multiple security locks. Photographers, check out the sky deck for the most beautiful shots of Saipan's sunrise and moonrise. I took some great photographs of the full moon rising.
