“I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property! There is NO front desk or front desk person! Instead there is a sign on where the front desk should be saying to go to room 135 for security! No one to help on the property! The towels are old.rough, and do NOT dry off anything! The bed is a mattress on a cheap metal frame similar to the frame on a fold out sofa!”

“The room was very dirty…I’m speaking about drip marks on walls and doors and stains on the chairs. Apparently, “non smoking” means someone hasn’t smoked in the room for an hour? I would rate it even lower, but will say that the sheets, pillows and towels were very clean. Someone banged on my door at 3 am and woke me up; the next night I had a roof leak and placed a wastebasket under it”

“I am filing a complaint regarding my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Douglasville, GA. I checked in at approximately 4:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 PM the same day because I found the room unacceptable and unsuitable for an overnight stay.
