"Check in was smooth and easy and the staff were great and even managed to change my room type as I’d mistakenly booked a twin room. The bed was extremely comfy and I had a good nights sleep. However, they’re were mystery white stains on the chair!!! And there was blood on the wall in the bathroom (I didn’t notice the blood until the morning!). The shower was so weak it was like being dribbled on my a toddler and the water was luke warm at best. All in all a 5/10 stay. "

It’s located directly across from the train station in Edinburgh and around the corner from great coffee shops, restaurants and hot spots. Was extremely clean and comfortable and my husband and I will be staying again in a few weeks."

"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."
