“I mistakenly chose this place while looking for accommodation in Greymouth, and I’m very glad I did! It’s a wonderful place — homely, warm, rustic and peaceful. I booked a room with shared facilities and was lucky enough to have the place to myself for the night. My room also had its own surprisingly spacious bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I was initially a little anxious about the more isolated location, but the hospitality quickly put me at ease and I...

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, except the water pressure was low and the shower head needed to be replaced. The restaurant food was great and all the staff in both the hotel and restaurant were lovely.”

“Very handy to local pizza and restaurant. Staff were very fast to fix light bulb and extra pillow. Happy to stay there again.”

“Really friendly, we were made to feel welcomed. Small touches went a long way.”

They asked extra payment to use fun bikes and...
