“While the hotel offers a great location and reasonable pricing, the condition of the room was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had not been cleaned. Additionally, the windows were broken and could not be opened, causing the indoor temperature to exceed 30°C. The small fan provided was completely insufficient to cool the room.
The bathroom was the most problematic area. The door would not close properly, and the shower door was broken and replaced by a curtain that significantly...
