“A lovely gem in BP, walk to wintergardens in less than 10 mins. Supermarket round the corner. Comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated. Although facing the street, street not busy and had good night's sleep (I extended for four more nights so altogether six). Good Kitchenette with toaster, microwave, fridge and cutlery. Great owner's support and communicationsc, helpful in every way. Easy check in and check out. Reasonably priced. For sure is the place to stay in BP.”
“Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout.
Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.”
“Room was clean, staff were very helpful, breakfast a great choice but warm except for the beans which was good, the bar was great very accommodating staff.”

I would stay again, though I’d request a lower floor next time. I paid £80 for one night for...

The host was very welcoming and explained all the details, room, keys and breakfast.
Once in the room, again immaculate everywhere, not a speck if dirt or dust. As for the beds and pillows, great quality and sooo comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning is continental but has a wide variety to choose from and not cheap quality stuff. All in all, an amazing...
“I stayed one night with family.. its a lovely place to stay with spectacular stadium views from bedroom with good breakfast. Only problem it got bit tight payable parking space. But it should be okay.”
“Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint. This was a minor point in what was a fabulous stay. I slept well, room was dark, bed comfy. There's a plug in radiator if needed. Jeanette was the...
