"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist.
The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "
"Very nice staff. Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Would highly recommend. Close enough to Sapporo Station and walking distance to Odori, Susukino, and Nijo Market. "
"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store).
The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."
"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. When the auto-lock on our door stopped working (probably low battery), they were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience."
"The apartment is very small, about 25-30 SQM maximum with a tiny low level table and chairs that take up too much space and are pointless. You have to eat on the edge of the bed. This is not an apartment but a cramped hotel room. Had issue with dryer as the lint hadn’t been cleaned and so dryer took 8 hours to dry before I fixed the problem. No cleaning products in the kitchen to wipe surfaces. Bedroom area cramped and wardrobe inaccessible as a result. No where to store suitcases. The management agent is responsive, but always in Japanese through the Hotels.com message board which you then have to copy piece-meal via Google. Very time consuming and stressful. The apartment is generally quiet and well located for the subway. Would not recommend"
