The bathroom could do with a scrub as a lot of mould on the grout, smears of something on walls. Old mattresses in full brow when driving in and old junk. Seemed there were long term stayers living there? Old and run down. Sheets of plastic out the back of our room, it was raining and dripping was keeping us awake most of the night. Wouldn’t stay again 😕

The room had not been cleaned adequately.. There was dust everywhere. Crumbs in the toaster. One chair seat was not attached. Refrigerator needed a defrost. Three cups one of which was chipped. Three, glasses one of which was chipped. Only cutlery was one teaspoon. No teatowel' It met our needs as very little accom available. Mattress was ancient. Mildew and leaking shower set.. Hand basin chipped. Hot water not adequate. Photos available if you need them.

Disgusting. This is a hotel that has mostly permanent, destitute residents. The hotel claims to have parking for caravans and lorries but it doesn't. It is a very unsafe place. I had a shower and left and slept in my car. You will regret booking this place.

So unprofessional and to much trouble.people that live there permanently where wanting to ask you for a lift , smoke's , milk or whatever.

A/C filter very dirty. Glass surfaces and mirrors wiped down with a dirty cloth. Generally shabby furniture. Noisy environment after quiet location requested.

The staff appeared feral and hanging around the rooms, they had a keypad which gave them access at all times (no key) The grounds and room were in terrible condition. We paid online prior but left straight away after checking in due to us not feeling safe or comfortable. We then found alternative accommodation which was another extra expense

The manager at this property is super welcoming, honest And professional. We showed up terribly early and she ensured our room was cleaned first, and then asked us to check we were happy with it as we checked in. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very well priced for what you get. Will stay here again!

Very cheerful man welcomes you and shows you to your room, and goes through the security with you. The room is a good size, and plenty space. However a few things attention, while microwave - jug etc is provided, there are no teaspoons etc, the tea bags are loose and gone stale. The bathroom is adequate, although alot of rust in areas. But it is a cheap motel, clean enough. I would stay again, if I need to.

The property was sub par, cleanliness was lacking. Still had food in fridge from previous guest. Beds had no legs. Window was boarded up where air conditioner once was. Would not recommend.

Cheapest no fuss accomodation around however curtain rod broke as soon as the on-site manager touched the curtains. The air was heavy with dust. There was shoddy repair work throughout the unit-a window(?) completely covered with fabric which seemed to be glued in the frame so we couldn’t move the fabric, stains on the bench that no amount of scrubbing could remove, the tiniest tv ever. Having said that, the parking was more than ample for our vehicle, the layout of the unit was great-spacious studio eith plenty of room to move around with a well laid out bathroom. Access in and out of the facility was easy. No fuss, budget accomodation. 7/10.

Cheap Accom

The manager was great, accomodating and help with parking on our late check in. Older style units. The price of $80 for the room is inline with lower expectations and the the price is in line with the quality/comfort of the accom.

The property was clean unable to use the pool at the time of my stay. Advise cleaner the toile seat was broken. The cleaner advised management was aware not prepared to fix. I advised it was a requirement of management to fix any issues which related to client safety. Old building however clean.
