โLovely bedroom, nice views out window.excellent dinner, very well looked after by Mike the bartender, waiter. Good breakfast.Very well looked after. We only did one night but wished we'd had 2 or3,lovely area.โ
โOwners were very friendly and helpful, little touches like home made muffins and lemon curd set places apart
Also Iโm over 6ft and easily fit into the stand alone bath, great for relaxing the muscles after a day walking โ
โNice, clean and quiet property. The best part was the breakfast. We were surprised to see that everything was made to order and not a typically buffet morning breakfast. And all of it tasted really good. โ

I was a little disappointed to see Haigh Whisky is no longer served. When we first stayed here, Barry introduced me to Haigh cocktails.
We will revisit when the hotel refurbishment is complete. โ

โLovely hotel with stunning views. The big plus is the food - breakfast was excellent and dinner both nights was really enjoyable. Itโs in a great location to explore the northern part of the Lakes. Some parts of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC. Staff are really good, would definitely recommend.โ
