“We did not end of staying there. We drove past the property, it looked extremely run down, construction crew on sight, blue tarps, fencing, etc. The photos online did not look accurate. I immediately went to the Hyannis Harbor Hotel (sister property) to inquire on an upgrade. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and were extremely friendly, gracious and accommodating.
