โThe room that I got was on the 3rd floor (highest), no lifts, the fridge was not working, aircon was noisy, the floor was dusty but slippers provided so ok and the swimming pool and gym are not within premises but a very short walk across the street. Breakfast was a let down as I assumed occupancy was very low. Nothing much to explore in the area except for nearby Kepri Mall. Very quiet area for people who wants peace for a change. Maybe can request for a better room. They have commendable guest...

โThe appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. โ
