"I hate writing bad reviews but it really wasn’t a decent stay. 2 out of the 3 TVs didn’t work and when I called front desk there was nothing they could do (hey I have an idea, how about check first before renting) Carpets badly stained, coffee pot rusted, lid broken and smelled like it was only rinsed. Closet door came off the hinge when I opened it. Told staff that I wanted a credit (not a refund), front desk said they would if Travelocity called. They called, front desk said no to Travelocity. Positive? Bed was comfy"

"Fine if you are passing through St. Louis for a night and want a place right next to the freeway. Main complaint is that it's a large hotel with only two elevators. You can wait a long time! After the first wait I used the stairs."
