I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood floor which was nice you feel the floor is cleaner than carpeting. I would stay there again the next time I make a trip north.

this unit had no cold water in the shower. When I took a partial shower the water was too hot to continue. when I reported it they corrected it before I returned from my business. I will return already booked. Spacious room with Cooking set up.all clean.

Clean place to rest for the night, but.....

The room was clean and smelled fine. There was quite a bit of construction to the building going on so the parkingnlot was FULL of contractors equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc. It was probably the most uncomfortable mattress ive ever slept on in a hotel.

We had an amazing stay. Upon walking in the office it smelled clean and was very welcoming. The room was clean and we enjoyed our weekend. The kitchen was a plus. We cooked all weekend long.

Ok place.

Property was clean. Close to Interstate. Next to a shopping center. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was nice. But they seem to short handed. Wifi is slow.

I had an excellent stay there. Rooms were clean to a crisp. It was quite even for being right off the highway. I have hard times sleeping in New places even as an older woman, but I slept like a baby here. I love the fact you allow pets on your facility. I do a have a travel buddy and absolutely love taking him places with me. The pet deposit it a bit much, but it is truly understandable with what others allow there pets to do. I would definitely recommend this place to others as well as stay here again.

Great St Louis hotel

I was in town for an autograph signing and this hotel was close by the venue. The person who checked me in was nice and friendly. Room upon check in was nice and clean. I had thought that other wood spring suites I have stayed in had an iron/ironing board in the room but at this hotel you have to request one. I happened to pack my own iron and just used a towel over a table. If I was going to an event in the southern part of St Louis I would definitely stay here again.

Single woman should consider another option

For the money it was fine and my room very clean. It’s a sketchy place to stay for a single woman to stay. There is a security guard there who could hardly breathe. I felt less than safe with a high/drunk man milling about. That said, I double locked my room door and did not venture out and they did wait up for me to get there and that was appreciated.

The room was pretty nice. I didn't like the pillows and the overhead cabinets didn't have doors. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper and looked like something growing in it. Shower was great. It was a little noisy above my room and someone was playing their car radio a little loud in the parking lot at 4:00 a.m. with their bass pounding. But overall it was a pretty good stay for the night.

The room was clean but desk service was less than professional by the lady who assisted me. So much so that I will not utilize this motel again. I checked in in the middle of the day and their computer was down and the lady was frustrated. Her alternative fix was way less than organized.
