"I travel a lot both in Canada and actually just got back from driving to Georgia and back and stayed at 5 different hotels. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff especially. It was the most amazing experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Attentive, kind, friendly, amazing is how I would describe every single staff member we met from front desk staff to cleaning crew to Kitchen crew for the really great breakfast the next morning. I will never stay anywhere else in Orillia but his hotel !! I told them all that upon our check out! Comfy beds, great staff and breakfast, what more can you ask for. Conveniently located as well to get around Orillia. If you are thinking about booking here....DO IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET THE DECISION. Loved it all!"

"The hot tub wasn’t hot. The room above us, sounded like kids jumping off the bed all night. The front desk heard our concerns and were very receptive. We love this hotel regardless, the staff are amazing, our room was clean, beds were comfy. The pool was a bit cool but it was clean. Highly recommend and we will be back."

"1-our water was turned off without notice for about 3 hrs and then we had to run the water for a 1/2 hr because it was brown as a result of it being well water which is no problem. 2-we were watching a movie and when it was almost over (5 min. left) the bell satellite went out because it started to rain a little bit which is an issue I have had with bell. Our stay was overall a very good one especially since we were there during off season. We would recommend everyone to stay here especially in the summer and if you have kids because there is a lot to do for young and old."
