I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! But eventually we figured it out, that made the experience somewhat negative, and don’t be fooled by the pool, you need to pay for the time slot , a lot of walking to the room , it is expected for a cave hotel on the hill , the room was pretty far away from the reception area "
