Absolutely beautiful location. Beautiful rooms and facilities. The biggest disappointment was the standard of food. For the price it would make sense to make it all inclusive .

This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. We enjoyed the massive pools more the beach, and the massage spa facility was amazing! We didn’t realize the hotel offered tours A, B, C and D for island hopping, as we booked...

Very conveniently located and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Seriously that best service I've had. We booked the beach front room and it has the most beautiful views. The place is seriously breath taking with clear blue waters and limestone cliffs. Breakfast is complimentary and of course I ordered the Filipino breakfast every morning we were there. Our waitress grace was awesome. Their Blanca pizza was delicious and on our last night we had the filet mignon which was delicious as well. We did the island hopping...

What a great experience here All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooftop restaurant bar was such an excellent experience every time we are there. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are amazing! Everything is very clean and well kept. We stayed in the Family Junior Suite (Garden View) for 3 nights and it was perfect, we comfortably fit 6 adults. There was an extra daybed, so the room could have fit 7. The food at the restaurant was decent, they have a large menu with many options. Although, one night there was a dinner buffet but we weren't given notice that the normal menu would be unavailable, so you were forced to do the dinner...

The location is perfect . Walkable to the downtown area. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. They cater to all your needs from the moment you wake up . They arranged all our excursions , hotel pick up, spa & massage . It’s a real vacation not to think of anything & just relax. Thank you May, April & Erol for making our stay wonderful

I & my wife really had an amazing time at Buko Beach. We visited this July 2023, and the receptionist Arlyn was so kind and nice. She was able to book us Island hopping tour trip and other activities. We really enjoyed our time there. It was superb. Overall the hotel workers treated us so kindly and with a warm smile all the time. Worthy visiting.

The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.
