“great place - lake a haven from the noise - with super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for everything and our last minute booking - on the wrong day they they quickly corrected for us. If we return to southern Bali, we will stay here for sure and would highly recommend. Clean and large pool, lots of chairs with cusions, beach towels, excellent AC”

“This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring. ”

“lovely, authentic place located in beautiful nature surroundings on the top of the hill (mind there are a lot of steps to get up there, although worth it). Walkable distance (1 km ) from the Vanilla beach , were all main amenities such as ATM, shops and restaurants are available. Overall great place and definitely would recommend it.”

“Vi ankom til en mudret byggeplads uden varsel. Turen derhen var besværlig, og beliggenheden var ikke god, men nærmere elendig, sammenlignet med det der står i beskrivelsen. Badeværelset lugtede, var klamt, bruser var ubrugelig pga. vandtrykket var så lavt. Værelsesvæggene var også klamme og beskidte. Indgang til værelserne var jordede og ofte mudret, som man tager med ind på værelset. ”

“Mountainside Inn is a small and very basic family run guesthouse with only 5 rooms, located perfectly central within the little town of El Nido, but a bit off the busy Main Street. Rooms are tiny and just fit a 1,40 m bed and a small bathroom. Latter has cold water only, but given the climate it’s really all you need. Aircon is noisy, but I did not need it even though it was quite hot outside. During power shortages they have a generator which is noisy as well, but my room was to the other side...

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and calm. The staff is nice. Hotel location is not in city centre, that is good, because is more calm there and in a short walk, 10 min we are in city centre. We would come back”
