"This house is great! The pictures are exactly what you get. The only downfall was the location, outside the control of the owner, is on a busy road so the traffic woke us in the morning. But the house and host were great besides that!"

"This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!"

家族で滞在するのに便利な作りや設備になっています。
出来れば長期滞在してみたいです。
立地的に繁華街の中心部に近いので、逆に夜まで騒々しい場所でした。
これは便利さとのトレードオフですね。
夕方渋滞して現地に行くのも駐車場を探すのも一苦労でした。駐車場は付近に沢山ありますが、満車だったり、行くのが大変だったりでした。
総合的には満足しています。"

"新しい施設ですし、館内は土足禁止、大浴場やサウナ、朝食のうまか丼や出汁をはじめ食事はブッフェスタイルで宿泊するには総合的に良いです。ただ、、、下通りの風俗街にあり、子供連れの我々としては夜中までうるさかったので立地は微妙ですし、付属の駐車場が満車の場合は近隣の提携駐車場が2つありますが、シーズンにもよるかもしれませんが周辺は大渋滞で基本的に駐車が困難です。スタッフさんに聞いても提携は2つでそれ以外は自分たちで探してくださいとのこ と、スタッフさんの気持ちは理解はしたいですが…。ホームページにデカデカと大型車両OKの機械式駐車場を載せておいて当日突き放すように自己責任とか言われると残念しかありません。少し離れていても確実に駐車できる場所を提携で確保して頂いたほうがよろしいかと。車でなければこのコンセプトの施設としては総合的にはかなり良いと思いますが、とにかく絶対に車で来るのはおすすめしません。あと、カートがあるんですが、エレベーターが2つしかありませんので混雑時はいつまでも降りられません。時間に余裕を見てのチェックアウトをおすすめします。もろもろご参考になれば幸いです。"
