Excellent location, second time there. Same excellemt service from last year. Near the trains that can take you where ever in tokyo. Will go to this hotel again if i decide to go back to tokyo.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
For 4 people in the room, we had plenty of space Room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, internet is very good, amenities are bountiful… It is just a little far from all the places we visited… uber/taxi were expensive But for the price we paid for 2 days stay is more than reasonable

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The room was fine. Nothing special, pillows need a refresh. As far as being advertised as family friendly, I didn’t feel like it was.
